Why Kernza?

Kernza® is a perennial grain developed by The Land Institute. Its deep roots build soil health, improve water retention, support biodiversity, and capture carbon — while offering a rich, malty, slightly sweet flavor that performs across breads, beer, pasta, and snacks.
